Centralized 77GHz mmWave 4D Corner Radar solution
The centralized 77GHz mmWave corner radar solution is an innovative solution for automotive corner radar application, based-on centralized computing architecture. This new radar solution can detection objects with measurement of range, velocity, angle, height, and can be widely used in ADAS systems for multiple purpose, such as BSD, LCA, FCW and so on. The centralized corner radar sends the time domain data to the domain controller through the coaxial cable. The domain controller processes the radar time domain data with fast Fourier transform (FFT), the constant false alarm rate (CFAR), direction of arrival (DOA) and super-resolution algorithms, and outputs the target point cloud parameters. The solution changes the traditional radar microstrip antenna and uses waveguide antenna. The external interface of the centralized corner radar is a standard FAKAR interface, which is widely used in most ADAS systems.
